    I have requested info from their customer service twice with no answer. I ask to be able to order without a continue to send offer and they will even answer if I can do that. If it is a good product I will order again.

    I am trying to get in contact with sheer cover and there is no number to contact them. I ordered the product 2 months ago and just got charged for it 5 days ago and I have not received anything. I want to cancel the product now!

    I tried my sheer cover today and if you want to look at least 20 years older in one minute this is the product to do it. It is cakey and powdery. Every line shows up immediately. I got a three month supply and feel short changed as the weight of powder should be three time the one month supply and it is not. Also the amount of powder in each box is very small. will be returning this asap. D.Allen Surrey England.

    Don't know if this is for Customer Service or not but an 800 number on my bill is 1-800-506-6281, hope this helps the previous folks struggling getting replies. I like the product but do not like the auto purchase.

    You guys can buy the product and if you go to the sheer cover website you can cancel the auto shipping. Therefore you don't have to continue to buy it and have it billed to your credit card. You just have to call it gives you and 800 number... you can cancel any time by calling Customer Service at (800) 506-6281.. that is from the website. Cancel anytime ladies...

    USUALLY IF A PROUDUCT IS AS GOOD AS IT SAYS YOU SHOULD AT LEAST TRY IT . IF ANYONE HAS SEEN THE INFORMERCIALS AS I HAVE MOST OF THE WOMEN WERE EITHER TEENS OR IN THEIR MID THIRTYS LADIES OUR SKIN CHANGES WITH AGE SO LADIES PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THE CROWD THEY ARE SALE PITCHING TO.

    Do agree that less is better, but for me it settled in the lines - guess age is a factor in the success of this product. Daughter (27) uses it and looks great on her younger skin.

    I saw the commerical twice now. I was ready to try it, but wanted to read the website because I was skeptical. I don't purchase things if they continually send them to me without my authorization. I would not need alot of makeup as I do not work. These reviews are bad, and the sad thing is, they don't read them. If Leeza would read them, I think she would do something about it. I wouldn't put my name out there and not keep an eye out on my product. Maybe they should make another commerical with an older women trying their product. I am 55, and I would appreciate it. How about it Leeza?

    I have used Bare Minerals by Bare Escentuals for almost 2 years now. The first time I used it I thought it was garbage because it was so cakey. Turns out, I just didn't know how to apply it. Use very little and add as you go along. I believe that applies to all mineral foundations.

    I have tried bare minerals and did not like it. However Sheer cover is the Best Make up I have ever tried. Dont feer the auto ship you can customize it to 4wk - 16 wks and stop at anytime.     Customer service at Sheer Cover is the worst I have ever seen. They are smug and robotic acting. I placed an order and asked that it be priority shipped at my expense. Customer service did not tell me that it was going to take 3to4 days to process the order, and that it would be 3 weeks before I receive the order. What a terrible priority shipment service you have. The product is good but it is not worth the headaches. I am on my way to the Mall to purchase makeup. The products helps make you look younger because they know that their customer service department is going to age you with the stress of having to deal with them. I wish they would staff people that even act like they care. Shame on you, Leeza Gibbons.

    I called and 8 weeks later still no product. Every week I called and they would tell me I had been cancelled. No explanation for why. They would re-order and still the same thing. I like some others is over 50 and would like to know if the product could be adjusted for over 50 women? Please tell Liza to read her emails and fix these problems. Thanks

    Ok Ladies,
    I happen to love the product but if you want to try it for 35.00 call your nearby BED BATH AND BEYOND!! They had the starter kit there. Just the cover not the shadows or sprays. Then if you hate it bring it back Plus if you have a 20% coupon from BBBeyond you will get that discount toooooo!!!!

    I think if you like sheer cover say so. I love it have been using it for years I'm 42. If you have problems with customer services ask to talk to top man/woman. Sheer cover is great for all tones & colour of skins if you have any marks they are gone. I gave it to a friend of 23yrs, her dad refuses to go out with her because she is looked at all the time because she is stunning. We both like it for the quickness. My hubby likes it because it is not a heavy foundation.

    This annoying recording repeats every 5 seconds: "Did you know you can manage your sheer cover account online...' No you can't... You cannot cancel online, I've tried. Instead you'll wait @10-15 minutes to talk to a rep that will take 5 seconds to cancel your acct.

    Nice way to cater/show consideration to the busy working moms Sheer Cover... (translated- never again)

    I plan on reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. After I cancelled my order, they still shipped it. When I returned it to the post office the postal worker told me that it was not my responsibility to pay to have it sent back. She explained that the company exploits people for what the company is responsible for. When receiving the charge on my credit card statement, and after talking to the same cosmetics rep. for three times in a row, even though I insisted on speaking with a supervisor, my credit card company placed the charge into \\\\\\\"dispute\\\\\\\". I am not responsible for the payment and Sheer Cover will be given 30 days to credit my account. They will also be penalized by the credit card company and will receive a bad mark against their record. I also find it personally offensive that Leeza Gibbons would lend her name to a company that is so immoral and out right evil. That she would reduce herself to \\\\\\\"pimping\\\\\\\" the product.

    this product sucks!! they charged me 100.00 bucks! yet the guy said 34 each package!!! They took the money from my account and then I got a bill from them when I didn't even receive makeup.. IT IS A SCAM!!!!

    Didn't like the product, but supposed I cancelled them OK just now. The makeup settled in lines and looked cakey, and the vitamins were poor quality (anything with dl-alpha for the vitamin E is a scam in my book, as that is synthetic vitamin E, not the good stuff). We'll see if my credit card continues to be billed or not! I'll be returning to let you know!

    Customer Service is horrible.I paid extra for 5 to 7 days fast shipping. Never happened. I told them to cancel. The Rep that answered sounded asleep and wasn't even very good at lying. She said it would be 5 to 7 days once the product reached shipping dept., not 5 to 7 days after you place the order. They leave you on hold forever playing the same recorded message over and over. It may be a good product but who would know. You don't receive the product as promised and customer service is the worst!And when you send an e-mail all you get is a generated reply that they received the e-mail. No answer! No way will I accept another order from them!

    Does anyone know if there is a class action lawsuit brewing or some other kind of legal action against this company? They're using the mail system to commit potentially fraudulent acts, apparently repeatedly as a habit. May be at least a civil racketeering suit rattling around in here someplace. For those of you who say it's "easy" to cancel, count on expecting the company to have actually merely "placed a hold" on your account only to start shipping it again later, and then sending you repeated bills even if you write "refused" on the shipments and send them back unopened.
