mac cosmetics images Frank Toskan, founder of Make-up Art Cosmetics (MAC), was previously a hairstylist, makeup artist and photographer. He developed his own professional cosmetics,called MAC, because he felt that the existing products did not work with the harsh lighting used in photography, stage, and film. He first started at his kitchen table with the help of his high school chemistry book and created what is today some of the most elite cosmetic products in the world - MAC.com.



MAC offers high quality products including makeup, skin care, and fragrances. Primer is offered for the face, eyes and lips to prepare the surface for a flawless finish. There are multiple concelers and foundations including the Studio Finish and Studio Fix lines. MAC.com offers a See Thru Cheek Color for a hint of the wind blown look as well as Blushcream for a creamy flushed look. For eyes, MAC offers Shadestick that glides on for a shadow or can be used as eyeliner and a product called Paint that goes on as a liquid and tries as a shimmery powder. Lip products from MAC are also designed to stay in place with lines named Pro Longwearing Lip Color and Lacquer.

Mac also offers other products in addition to makeup including skin care products and fragrances which are all named for different colors: Hue: Dejarose, Hue: Turquatic, and Hue: Pinkaura to name a few.     good coverage BUT I broke out with the studio fix. I tried there mineral foundation, broke out with that as well. there products contain talc and silica. NOT GOOD FOR THE SKIN
